Hotel Boutique Las Brisas is a charming, family-run hotel located directly opposite Sardinero Beach,in a beautifully restored 19th-century Indianos mansion, now converteda boutique hotel.

The property offers 13 individually decorated rooms in elegant classic English style. Rooms are cosy and compact (approx. 10 m²), mostly single or double, some with balconies, andtop-floor rooms feature sea views. They are equipped with Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and rooms are accessed by stairs (some rooms are located on the ground floor).

A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Guests can enjoy a welcome wine upon arrival or complimentary tea and coffee in the library during the afternoon, as well as relax on the pleasant sun terrace.

The hotel is located next to Sardinero Casino and close to Magdalena Palace, just 200 metres from Santander Sports and Exhibition Palace, 2 km from Mataleñas Golf Course, a 10-minute drive from the ferry terminal and 8 km from the airport.
